Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Once your appointment has been reserved, that is your confirmation. We require 2 business days’ notice if you need to make any changes to your appointment. Without allowing the required amount of time, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We will be happy to explain financing options available through CareCredit and the Dental Fee Plan. A 5% discount is available for senior citizens. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Rifkin or a member of her staff prior to treatment. We will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
